Stop COVAD 100 Men For Mental Health
Join STOP COVAD, in collaboration with Centennial Lodge No. 4 and Still I Rise Counseling, for an empowering workshop designed to strengthen men’s mental, physical, and emotional health.
This session provides a safe space for men from all walks of life to come together, share experiences, and explore solutions to some of the hard topics that are often overlooked.
🌟 Special Guest: Dudley Thurmond (“Dr. Bounce Back”) – Nationally recognized motivational speaker and coach.
